1.The services rendered by myshaadiwale.com (portal or website, hereafter) are sub-ject to the following terms and conditions (T&C, hereafter). We periodically update T&C but we cannot undertake to notify the service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors of this fact, in advance. 

2.A two-way flow of information occurs between us and the service providers / sup-pliers / vendors / visitors when we render various services. At times, owing to rea-sons beyond our control, we may fail to act upon such information in the manner warranted – it may be delivered wrongly or belatedly or not delivered at all. We as-sume no responsibility in such cases.

3.It is incumbent upon the service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors to provide correct information while registering with us. If the information is deficient in any respect, we can withdraw the registration accorded.

4.It is the responsibility of the service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors to en-sure the confidentiality of sensitive information like password. They alone are re-sponsible for the consequences triggered by the use of the password. 

5.Service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors alone are responsible for the out-come the information uploaded by them leads to. Alternatively, the content of the portal may offend the service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors. In both cases, we cannot assume responsibility. 

6.Service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors shall not upload information which is ultra vires the law and if they do, we cannot assume any responsibility for the ad-verse consequences it may lead to. We reserve the right to withdraw such offensive uploads as and when they come to our notice. 

7.We are at complete liberty to disclose the content, if warranted by law 

8.If necessary, the content itself may be modified at times to facilitate transmission across networks or to overcome technical problems or to promote the business when we carry the content on behalf of the service providers / suppliers / vendors.

9. Service providers / suppliers / vendors agree to indemnify us and our employees against any liability that we may incur by carrying the said content. 

10.Service providers / suppliers / vendors / visitors cannot commercially exploit any of the services rendered by us unless and until we consent to it in writing.

11.We are at liberty to deny services wholly or partly at any point of to the service pro-viders / suppliers / vendors for breach of T&C on their part without assuming any responsibility for the liability that the said service providers / suppliers / vendors may incur as a result.

12.If the links provided by our portal exposes those who invoke the link to loss or harm or damage or any other consequence of such nature, we cannot assume any respon-sibility. 

13.	We do not assume any responsibility for any aspect of the outcome of the business contracted by using our portal.

14.	Even if our service providers / suppliers / vendors / users have registered their phone number/s under the ‘Do not Call Registry’ feature mandated by TRAI, our in-teracting with them by invoking the SMS feature will not amount to violation of the said TRAI mandate and hence the complaints filed against us, if any, shall stand an-nulled.

15.	We also reserve the right to interact with the service providers / suppliers / vendors / users through e-mail or conventional mail.
